Colour Drop Creative is a dedicated freelance agency specialising in website and graphic design, video editing, and administrative support. With 15 years of expertise, I deliver informed and tailored services for artists, arts organisations and businesses.
Emma Chinn
After completing my music degree in 2011, I began my career in the classical music industry at the artist management company Hazard Chase. During my time there, I progressed to the role of Office and Marketing Manager and was appointed Associate Director in 2018. In this position, I was responsible for HR, office operations, marketing, social media, graphic design, and managing the company’s website.
Following nine rewarding years working with exceptional musicians around the world, I took the exciting step of launching my own business: Colour Drop Creative. I now collaborate with creative companies, individual artists, and arts organisations, offering tailored services in administration, graphic design, video editing, and website design and management. My aim is to support clients by handling the operational and creative elements of their business—so they can focus on what they do best.

Admin Services
I offer professional virtual administrative support tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals. Whether you require assistance with writing and sending newsletters, proofreading and creating documents, or managing projects, I'm here to help streamline your workload. From designing polished presentations to updating your CRM, I provide reliable, high-quality services that free up your time and allow you to focus on your core priorities.
Graphic Design
We create striking, memorable designs that communicate your message with clarity and style. From social media graphics to posters, leaflets, and event programmes, every design is tailored to reflect your brand and capture attention.
Web Design
I create attractive, functional and unique branded. I then offer ongoing management, keeping the site up to date with news, reviews, concert dates, media and more. I have a lot of experience using Overture and am very happy to have access to keep calendars up to date.
There is a one-off fee for the build, followed by PAYG billing by the hour for ongoing management, or a monthly retainer.
Social Media
We help you manage your social media with purpose and creativity—crafting content, strategy, and schedules that keep your audience engaged and your message consistent. From planning posts to analysing performance, we make sure your online presence grows alongside your success.
Video Editing
